How pricing works
- Pricing is per workspace and based on the number of active users.
- Prices are in US dollars and billed annually by card. Nothing renews automatically.
- One-time setup fee of $99 for teams up to 14 users; waived if you upgrade during the free trial.
- Implementation consulting is included for teams of 15 and above.
Questions
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. Every new workspace can start an optional 3-month free trial from onboarding. No card is needed and it never converts to a paid plan automatically.
- What counts as a user?
- Anyone who signs in to your workspace: partners, managers, staff and viewers. Clients using the portal link are free and unlimited.
- How do we pay?
- By card, in US dollars, once a year. There is no automatic renewal charge: we remind you before your year ends and you renew from Settings → Billing.
- Who invoices us, and is tax included?
- Subscriptions are invoiced in US dollars by LinkIT Software & Services Private Limited, the company that operates MyPract. Any tax that applies is shown at checkout before you pay.
- Where is our data stored?
- Your workspace data is stored on servers in India, encrypted in transit and at rest, and isolated per workspace with row-level security; you can export it at any time. If you turn on the AI assistant, the requests it makes are processed by Anthropic.
