Short answer: Xero Practice Manager is free only for Silver-and-above Xero partners; otherwise it costs US$149 a month for up to 10 users (about ₹1.72 lakh a year). MyPract costs the same whichever ledger your clients use, includes a free client portal and is hosted in India, but it does not integrate with Xero.

Xero Practice Manager (XPM) handles jobs, timesheets, quotes, invoices and work in progress for firms in the Xero Partner Program (Xero Central). Its pricing is tied to how many of your clients you bring onto Xero. That works well in Australia, New Zealand and the UK, where Xero is common. In India, where most clients keep books in Tally, Zoho Books or Busy, it is a harder fit.
